Due to the nature of our products, which are designed for medical use and personal care, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Services
All sales for services rendered at MySkin & Laser Clinic are final. We do not offer refunds for any completed medical, cosmetic, or laser treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, laser hair removal, and other skin treatments. We are dedicated to client satisfaction and encourage open communication with our medical professionals to ensure your expectations are met prior to any service.
Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any skincare products, creams, or other items purchased from our clinic or website. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of all products for every client.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at myskinclinicgh@gmail.com or mestheticsgh@gmail.com or call +233(0)242751199 or +233(0)595820397 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging. After a review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
